RAID LABAN COLLEGE THRIFT CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY LTD

The college has a registered Co-operative Society in the name Raid Laban College Thrift Cooperative Society Limited (RLCTCS) established in the year 2012 and registered under The Meghalaya Cooperative Society Act (as amended, 2003 and 2008) vide registration No. Shill 11 of 2014. The society has been formed with Mrs. D. Rynjah, Princpal, as the chairman of the Society, Mr. Prabhat Limbu, Head, Department of Computer Science & IT as the Secretary of the Society, Mr. B. P. Singh, Head, Department of Hindi as the Treasurer of the society and  other teaching and non teaching staff of the college as its members. The society has been formed and constituted keeping in view the following aims and objectives:

• To encourage thrift, self help and cooperation among the members.
• To encourage members in saving money in form of monthly contribution.
• To create funds and to make advances to the members of the Society.
• To secure suitable benefits for the members and their families in case of financial emergencies.
• To invest money in some profitable concern for the benenfit of the members and the consitution of the society as a whole.
• To do all such other acts as are conducive to the attainment of the above objectives.
